Granaia — 35 m² of privacy and countryside tranquillity

Once an old grain barn, Granaia has been transformed into a spacious and elegant room with its own independent entrance and a private outdoor patio with gravel, table, chairs, and a summer umbrella — a peaceful spot to enjoy the gardens and the surrounding nature. Inside, the room is decorated in warm ochre tones with soft natural hues and terracotta-pink accents, creating a cosy and elegant country atmosphere. A queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two upholstered armchairs with a small table, and a separate writing desk create a comfortable space for relaxing, reading, or writing postcards. A corner cabinet offers tea and coffee facilities for added comfort. The east-facing entrance lets in soft morning light, while the two north-facing windows overlook the gardens and open landscape. A further south-facing window, with its traditional barn-style pattern, looks onto the rustic terracotta roof. A complimentary tea and coffee station is available in the shared lounge just outside the rooms, for guests to enjoy at any time.

The bathroom is generously sized and thoughtfully designed, featuring a wide sink area, a self-regulated heated floor, a heated towel rail, and a 1×1 m shower with glass door. The WC includes a bidet function for added comfort.

Bathroom toiletries are from Prija, a premium Italian line that is vegan-friendly and formulated with natural active ingredients such as ginseng and green walnut. The set includes a hand soap bar, hair conditioner, and a combined body wash and shampoo for the shower.

Fresh & Naturally Cleaned Rooms

Our rooms are cleaned with mild, natural and biodegradable detergents, and regularly refreshed with ozone treatment to help sanitize the space, neutralize odours and keep the atmosphere fresh and clean.
