La Frattina is outside Monte San Martino in complete privacy with superb views of the Monti Azzurri.  Owned by a noble family, it has always served as a guest accommodation and is a delight to share with family and friends. It is a wonderful base from which to explore the unspoilt area of Le Marche, that remains little known by mass tourism but is one of the  most beautiful and charming parts of Central Italy that borders Tuscany and Umbria. There are walks in the mountains, rural farmers markets but also the beaches and the sea are accessibile in less than a 50 minute drive.

Here we have a graceful, traditional, spacious country house and pool with spectacular views and private gardens. It is comfortably furnished and child friendly. Sleeps 12 (6 Bedrooms).
